The closed corporation was started in 1993 as an estate agency and started to also offer building packages around 1995. This was the start of a comprehensive construction company, which has up to date built hundreds of houses varying from affordable to high-end expensive dwellings. Martens Estates is enrolled with the NHBRC (National Home Building Registration Council) with NHBRC registration number: 10114.

The Company is well known for its high-quality workmanship and materials used. We as a company pride ourselves in giving our clients the best possible houses. We have never been reported to the NHBRC due to poor workmanship and have always been proud of our aftersales service to clients in sorting out any snags or problems to the owner’s satisfaction.

We have constructed houses in many areas in South-Africa with the bulk located in the Gauteng province. We have done several developments including Chrystal Park in Benoni, Chantell in the Tshwane district and most recently 102 units in the township of North Riding in Johannesburg. The development was a project worth over R70 million in total construction value.
